The purpose of the First Strike Program is to reduce the violence and dropout rates of elementary and high school students and to increase the graduation rate among urban youth.  Our purpose continues with promoting awareness of the criminal sentencing guidelines to use as a deterrent and scare tactic against crime. First Strike Programs helps to build character, self respect and self control.

 

The First Strike Program’s primary target market is designed for youth, however it is also beneficial for adults.  Our programs target students attending schools in high crime areas, where dropout & truancy rates are high and graduation rates are low. 

 

The overall mission of the First Strike Programs is to educate urban youth and adults through a national initiative on the Federal and State Sentencing Guide Lines Laws and Rules of Engagement when interacting with Law Enforcement.  In addition, First Strike Program also offers behavior modification programs to help individuals develop changed behavior within the culture of their communities.
